Tal y como ha informado la ministra de sanidad, se ha llegado a los 48 donantes por millón de población (p.m.p.), con un total de 2.243 donantes, lo que ha permitido realizar 5.314 trasplantes de órganos, elevando la tasa de trasplantes a 114 p.m.p., la más alta del mundo.
