15th biennial Congress of the European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association

Dear HPB Colleagues,

On behalf of the French chapter of the E-AHPBA, this is our privilege to welcome you to the City of Lyon, France, to participate to the 15th biennial Congress of the European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association in 2023.

The biennial E-AHPBA Congress is a unique occasion that brings together eminent HPB experts and leaders. Since France has a long tradition of HPB Surgery and Liver Transplantation, and French HPB surgeons have actively participated and contributed in the E-AHPBA committees and congresses, we are very proud to host the 2023 E-AHPBA Congress in Lyon.

​An outstanding scientific programme that combines current evidence and state of the art technology has been organised and will provide an excellent opportunity for learning and discussion.

The Scientific Committee of E-AHPBA and the Local Organising Committee are continuing to work hard to provide a diverse scientific programme with participation from a variety of European speakers to make the 15th Congress of the European-African Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association in Lyon, France, unique.

It will offer in person sessions such as state-of-the-art lectures, meet the expert lectures, interdisciplinary symposia, debates and updates on all topics.

Our goal is to organize an exciting and outstanding face–to-face meeting with worldwide experts and colleagues. This will be the opportunity to bring together high level scientific exchanges and French style of life.
